SAFETY POLICIES AT PERFORMANCES
We look forward to welcoming you back to our outdoor performances this summer.
During these unprecedented times, we are sure that you have questions about the policies that we have put in place for our events. The presence of the COVID–19 virus requires a focused effort on the safety of our volunteers, performers, and guests while delivering the ambiance and artistry of our performances.
We have consulted the California Department of Public Health and other industry leaders on comprehensive safety measures to consider your safety when you attend our events. The following new initiatives were developed based on CDC Health guidelines and suggestions from other entities like the World Health Organization:
The safety of patrons, volunteers, & performers is of the upmost priority to us. There are some new features you may want to know before you arrive and when you’re on the property this year:
The number of people on site at this year’s performances will be limited based on recommendations by the California Department of Public Health. Tickets to this year's events will be sold in two-person pods, which enables us to properly socially distance throughout the event. There will be pre-plotted and measured spaces according to ticket purchases for events.
We suggest you buy your tickets ahead of time online.
There won’t be any cash transactions this year so make sure you bring a credit card for contactless payment. We suggest purchasing pre-sale tickets online if you are able to. Need help? Please call us at (530) 386 - 4136.
Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer will be available for your use upon arrival and throughout the audience area.
Performers, Lake Tahoe Dance Collective staff, and volunteers will be following facial covering mandates. Anyone who handles food or drinks will be wearing masks AND gloves.
With your help, the show can still go on! Here’s what the Lake Tahoe Dance Collective needs from you…
If you’re attending this year’s event, you’re encouraged to follow all signage for foot traffic and allow for a safe space between yourself and other guests.
Please wear a mask when you enter the grounds and during all times when not consuming food or drink at the event.
Please note that the Lake Tahoe Dance Collective will follow any facial covering mandates at the time of the event if directed to do so by the California Department of Public Health and Placer and/orNevada Counties.
The safety of our guests, performers, and volunteers remains of the upmost priority to all of us here at Lake Tahoe Dance Collective. To make your entry into our event as easy as possible, we suggest purchasing your tickets ahead of time at laketahoedancecollective.org, so you can breeze right into your seat and start enjoying the festivities.
