Located 45 minutes from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport and four hours from San Francisco,

visitors can ditch the car this summer, and opt for a sustainable way to travel to and around the lake.

 

GETTING TO THE LAKE

Take the California Zephyr train, bus or choose from over

20 nonstop flights to the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

 

GETTING AROUND THE LAKE

While in the region, rent a bike (using Lake Tahoe Bicycle Coalition’s interactive map),

hop on the Nifty 50 Trolley or Tahoe Area Regional Transport shuttle.
